Subsidies for energy efficiency and circular economy projects of tourism companies

Purpose

Eligible projects will be those that make it possible to achieve and justify a reduction in the consumption of non-renewable primary energy of 30% with respect to the starting situation, and may contemplate one or more of the following actions: a) Improvement of the energy efficiency of the thermal envelope. b) Improvement of energy efficiency and use of renewable energy in thermal installations for heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and sanitary hot water; including the installation of hot and cold networks powered by renewable energy sources and/or waste heat for multi-building tourist complexes. c) Improvement of the energy efficiency of lighting installations. 2. The actions will necessarily have to be carried out in buildings or building complexes intended totally or partially for the following tourist accommodation, which are registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry: a) Hotel establishments. b) Tourist apartment establishments. c) Campsite. d) Overnight areas for motorhomes. e) Rural houses. f) Rural tourist complexes. g) Rural accommodation tourist homes. h) Housing for tourism purposes.
