Llano Mazuelos

The Llano de Mazuelos Industrial Estate located in the municipality of Alcalá la Real, on Ctra. A-403 Km.3, is equipped with all the necessary services for the establishment of companies from different sectors and activities.

It is an industrial estate that is currently approximately 50% occupied. It has a total surface area of 539,800m2 of which 300,247.59 m² are for industrial use, 44,928.46 m² are for tertiary use and 194,625.95 m² are for public use and the dimensions of the plots range mostly from 750m2 to 3,700m2.
