2025 call from the Andalusian Energy Agency for incentives linked to electric mobility (MOVES III) in Andalusia, under Royal Decree-Law 3/2025, of April 1.

Purpose

Purpose:
1. The following actions will be eligible for incentives, as set forth in Article 13 of Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13, and listed below, with the characteristics, scope, and requirements established in the aforementioned regulatory bases:
a) Incentive Program 1 (Program to promote the acquisition of electric vehicles): Acquisition of plug-in electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles.
Vehicles eligible for incentives must fall into the categories and types established in Annex I of Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13.
Eligible vehicle models must be listed in the Vehicle Database of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Savings (IDAE)

and meet the requirements established in Annex I of the aforementioned Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13.
b) Incentive Program 2 (Program to support the deployment of charging infrastructure): Implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure will be eligible for incentives, subject to the requirements, characteristics, and limitations established in Royal Decree 266/2021, of April 13.
2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Royal Decree-Law 3/2025, of April 1, the actions initiated in the period between January 1, 2025 and April 2, 2025, the date of entry into force of the aforementioned Royal Decree-Law, are included, therefore, the applications submitted to this Agency, as of January 1, 2025, are considered valid.
